What People's Say About Place

Small restaurant that’s not the most inviting. So glad we came in anyways because the breakfast was very good. We had ham, egg, and cheese crepe, a croissant, some fruit and some Americano coffees. Everything was so good. Will definitely return!

Overall: 8/10 The price was reasonable. I ordered the large size with 3 flavors — they gave a generous amount of ice cream. However, the restroom was not available, even for customers who made a purchase.

Wow. Hidden gem . Tasty crepes . We ordered house jam mascarpone crepe and banana walnut caramel crepe. Very tasty fresh and delicious crepes. Would definitely come back to try the rest of the menu. The staff is very nice and sweet

Had some wonderful gelato in gaslamp district of San Diego. Lots of flavors. Had a medium cone with salted caramel and pistachio gelato.

Reasonable prices, good food. Ice cream, chocolates, drinks, crepes, bruschetta, flatbreads and sandwiches. They have breakfast too, but not all day. Their flatbreads are really good (the rosemary chicken and zucchinni was excellent). If you want pizza you can go next door to Gaslamp Pizza. Not too far from the convention center, worth the walk to have something different. Indoor and outdoor seating is available.

The gelato tastes great and they offer more than just sweets. You’re only allowed to taste two samples of gelato prior to placing an order. The store front and furniture need a bit of a tune up. The seats are a bit worn out, but I take it a sign of good times spent with good company.

Very delicious crepes and gelato. A little pricey but that's typical of the Gaslamp

Chocolate SD offers a delightful culinary experience with excellent service and delicious food. The staff is attentive and friendly, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. However, the location may not be ideal for families, as it tends to attract a lively crowd with many bars nearby. This can result in occasional noise and smoke from people smoking outside drifting into the store. Overall, if you're looking for great food and service but prefer a more family-friendly environment, it might be worth considering other options.
